There was a period last spring when I found myself on Capitol Hill over and over and over, for Senior Sessions and Family Sessions. It is simply one of my favorite venues, providing a classic backdrop for timeless images. I met with Kylie on a very overcast weekend morning – perfect conditions for the light reflective surfaces around the Capitol. And perfect conditions for a burnt orange dress. 🔥🔥
