I knew from the moment Abby reached out to me that this engagement session would be a match made in heaven. These two bring out the best in each other, as well as in others. What an epic session we had up on Capitol Hill, capturing some classic DC looks on one of those chilly spring evenings of which we’ve been having so many this year. Marble is always in season, and a green dress on white marble is a beautifully bold statement which Abby was able to pull of with ease.

Because I am not a wedding photographer (nor do I want to be), I get relatively few requests for engagement sessions. But, yes, I would love to keep photographing engagements. Please send me all the couples who want a DC engagement session but are planning their destination wedding elsewhere! 💍🥰
