It’s hard to believe looking at these images, but trust me when I tell you that it was downright cold and windy on this early May morning in Georgetown. What a trooper this newly minted McLean High School graduate was to tough out the bitter breeze in her cute little dresses and sandals when she could have curled up at home with wool socks and a warm blanket. Here’s to the resiliency of an athlete who’s spent many a pre-season practice shivering on the pool deck in a wet bathing suit.

So much fun to meet and work with you, Skye, and best of luck for your new adventure at Bucknell, swimming AND studying. I can’t wait to hear about all your accomplishments – as a Bison and beyond.
