T. and I had such a good time getting to know each other during his Senior Session in Old Town Alexandria. We met at the Athenaeum and worked our way through the quaint neighborhood streets down to the waterfront for some sunset portraits with Wilson bridge and boat vibes. The beautiful cabled sweater he was wearing used to be his grandfather’s – that’s enough sentiment for me to get all the feels. T. was waiting to hear back from his first choice college, Brown University (which also happens to be my daughter’s alma mater), and he happily reported back to me a few weeks after our session that he, indeed, had been accepted. So happy for him – we only spent an hour and a half together but I have no doubt that he’ll thrive and do great things up there in Providence. Wishing you all the best, T. 🎓
