When Evan’s mom reached out to me about College Senior and Graduation photos, I didn’t hesitate one second. I’ve known Evan for years, not just as a client, but because he and my own son used to play music together in the brass section of the outstanding McLean High School bands. Also, I knew that a visit to the beautiful campus of the University of Maryland in College Park would be an emotional trip down memory lane for me. You see, once upon a time, in the last century, as a young Fulbright exchange student from Germany🇩🇪, I got to spend a year in a foreign land – as a Terp in College Park. 🐢 So driving out there on a chilly Sunday morning last fall was a truly special moment for me on a very personal level.

It was loads of fun to romp around the familiar campus grounds with Evan and his sweet girlfriend and capture this special time in his life. As it turns out, the University ended up canceling the graduation ceremonies in December due to Covid, so I am hoping that these photos will take on even more meaning for Evan and his family.
