I don’t remember how often we had to reschedule this shoot. Delays with the arrival of cap & gown, funky weather, sickness … but boy, the wait was so worth it. When we finally met at Emily’s alma mater, Marymount University, a thick cloud cover had turned the sky into a humongous soft box, providing us with beautiful even light. Combined with Emily’s masterful makeup, I couldn’t be happier with how these portraits turned out. Thank you for slaying this session, Emily. And godspeed for your grad school adventure in Charlottesville. I see another cap and gown session in our future … :).
