Check out this beautiful McLean High School Senior. We met on a weekday morning in Georgetown earlier this month only to discover that her dress perfectly coordinated with the pastel houses right by our meeting spot. It was kind of difficult to tear ourselves away from such a creative serendipity – who wouldn’t want to shoot the heck out of this? But we all know that Georgetown offers such a beautiful variety of colors and textures, and that walking a few blocks through the neighborhood streets, searching for pretty colors and light, will yield a rich and varied gallery of portraits. And wouldn’t you know it, we were rewarded with tulips that perfectly coordinated with her burnt orange college sweatshirt. Thank you, Georgetown residents.
About thirty minutes into the session, Emma mentioned that she had brought a pair of white cowboy boots along, would it be a good idea to get them from her car? Me: “Omg, yesssss!!!” They had originally been part of a Halloween costume but have recently taken on a new meaning with her decision to attend UT Austin this fall.
Emma, it was so much fun to meet and work with you. I wish you only the best for your next adventure in Austin. Keep rocking those boots!
