Hannah and I met on a sunny spring morning in beautiful Georgetown for a session to commemorate her graduate degree from Georgetown University. Just the day before, GU had announced their plans for an in-person graduation at Nationals Park – a well-deserved perk after a pandemic stricken school year. Hannah and I had a lot of fun walking around campus and through the charming neighborhood streets, and I learned a lot about what it’s like growing up in Texas, her home state. (Turns out it’s very different from growing up in Germany, my home. 🙂
