When your kids are older it’s often hard to find time together, much less the leisure for a family photo shoot. (I have been living the “kids-all-over-the-place-life” for a few years now). This lovely family chomped at the bit for a family/senior session combo when their son was home for a few days from college. We found the Iwo Jima Memorial to be a convenient compromise between classic DC and soft spring colors. Those red tulips by the Netherlands Carillon have never looked this good.
