This session had been a long time coming. Not once, but twice, my clients rescheduled their daughter’s Bat Mitzvah because of COVID, in the hopes that they could have a proper celebration with all the bells and whistles of a well-deserved party. The universe had a different plan, and this young lady showed a level of maturity beyond her years dealing with the disappointment. Here’s a sampling of our Bimah Session with her grandmother, parents, and brothers, during the week prior to her Bat Mitzvah at Congregation Olam Tikvah in Fairfax. Let’s hope COVID will be under control by the time her Sweet Sixteen Party comes around. In the meantime, Mazel Tov.
